We are committed to family-based tuition rates, which make it possible for families with multiple children to attend. The school is supported by a combination of tuition, parish subsidy, the St. Charles School Endowment Fund in addition to fundraising activities. We also have several scholarships and financial aid assistance available.

K-8 Tuition

The monthly tuition payment option is billed for 10 months, from August to May. If the selected tuition installment plan exceeds two payments, a $52 agreement processing fee will be incurred by the family.

Preschool Program

The St. Charles Preschool program offers a warm and caring environment for 3-5 year-old students. We offer a half-day and full-day preschool with additional options for Early Start (7:30-8:45 am) and Extended Day (2:40-5:00 pm). Our flexible schedule allows you to select the days that meet the needs of your family. Click here for more details and offerings.

We also offer a 10% tuition reduction for families with two or more students in the Preschool & Pre-kindergarten program. This does not apply to Early Start or Extended Day. Full-Day Preschool Tuition

Full-day preschool is held from 8:45 am to 2:40 pm (morning and afternoon snack are provided). Your child may bring a cold lunch or purchase a hot lunch. For the 3-year-old program, you can enroll your child in your choice of any 2-5 days per week. For the 4-year-old program, you can enroll in Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for the 3-day/week schedule. If you select a 4-day/week schedule, you have a choice of adding Tuesday or Thursday. The 5-day/week schedule is Monday-Friday.

Optional: Extended Day (2:40-5:00 pm)

Extended Day is available for families who may need a later pick-up time, or who have other children enrolled in After Care at St. Charles School. Extended Day is an additional daily fee and is offered for both 3 and 4-year-old students.

Early Learning Scholarships

The Catholic Schools Center of Excellence (CSCOE) in partnership with the Schulze Family Foundation presents the Schulze Early Learning Scholarship Program to assist middle-income families in gaining access to excellent preschool programs for their children. Scholarships will be awarded ranging from $500 to $3,000 and will be sent directly to the preschool to pay for tuition. Applications for the 2023-24 school year are currently open.
