Dear St. Charles Parents,

Our 8th graders were just confirmed last Sunday! Please keep them in your prayers. Tomorrow at 2:00 PM in the church, our newly-confirmed 8th graders will be re-enacting the Stations of the Cross. If you have never seen this, I recommend joining us. Tomorrow is our Lenten Day of Renewal; all grades will be doing Lenten activities throughout the day, and the live Stations are a highlight.

The deadline to purchase Borromeo Bash tickets is April 17th! We are also in dire need of volunteers for this event. Please consider giving an hour or two of your evening to volunteer. With Holy Week coming up, this would be a tremendous act of charity to commit to for your school. Please click here and select a volunteer slot. We are especially in need of volunteers for registration. You don’t have to be VIRTUS certified, and you don’t have to attend the event to help with registration.

Next week is Holy Week; please look over the many liturgies available at our church to make Holy Week meaningful for you and your family.

Finally, yesterday I put out some information about an upcoming Open House for Preschool, Pre-kindergarten, and Kindergarten. Please see the information below:

Dear St. Charles Parents,

We are at that point in the year where we ask for our parents’ help in supporting enrollment for the next school year. Our enrollment has grown quite a bit over the past 10 years through strong entry-level classes. The entry levels are kindergarten, pre-kindergarten, and preschool. We are hosting an open house and inviting parents with children who will be 3 years old or older before September to attend this open house or contact the school for a tour. This event will be on April 24th, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM on the main level of the school where our preschool, pre-kindergarten, and kindergarten classes are.

You can support our efforts by

  • Telling people about the event
  • Handing out the attached flyer to friends and family with school-aged children
  • Sharing the St. Charles video on your social media page (Go to our school Facebook Page to find it and share it to your Facebook page).
  • Sharing our video with friends
  • Posting THIS flyer at local businesses.
  • Displaying your St. Charles yard sign or request one (they are free in the school office)
  • Pray for our students, staff, and the work we do at St. Charles Parish & School

What will you do to help support the future of our school?

Thank you for considering.

God bless you,

Danny Kieffer

St. Charles School Principal
