Dear St. Charles families, parishioners, and community,
The admission and enrollment process for the 2021-22 school year is now underway! We hope you will strongly consider enrolling your children at St. Charles School next year!
If you are a current St. Charles School family or parishioner, you have an option to start the enrollment process a week before the general public. The exclusive enrollment week is open now through Tuesday, January 19. On January 20, admission will open to the public. We encourage you to take advantage of this priority enrollment period to secure a spot for your child(ren) for the 2021-22 school year. This is especially important for families with children interested in our preschool and kindergarten programs due to the high volume of interest we are receiving.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to hold “Preschool Parent Information Night” or “Kindergarten Round Up” in person as we have in the past. We will be releasing virtual versions of these events on January 19. If you would like to receive one or both of these virtual events via email, please contact the school office at stchbschool@gmail.com or call 612-781-2643.
We are offering tours at 3:00 PM on weekdays if you would like to see our building. At this time we are not able to hold tours during school hours. To set up a tour please email Danny Kieffer at dkieffer@stchbs.org.

Tuition Information for 2021-22 is posted on our website. There is a nonrefundable tuition deposit of $60 per child with a cap of $180 per family required for enrollment. Please note that this is a deposit that will go toward tuition and not a fee.
There is also an enrollment fee of $30 per student for all students enrolling before March 1st. The enrollment fee will increase to $60 per student on March 1st, $90 per student on April 1st, and $200 starting May 1st. Please note that the fee is charged at the time you enroll your child but could increase if all paperwork is not submitted by the end of that fee period.
