Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive/Turkey Raffle is November 20
It is that time of year again for the Thanksgiving Food Drive sponsored by our fourth graders! We will be collecting nonperishable food from Pre-K to 8th grade classrooms through the third week of November. Remaining collection day is Friday, November 20. Fourth grade parent volunteers bring the food to the Franciscan Brothers of Peace and another organization who both distribute the food to those in need.
A raffle ticket is given to students for every item they bring in. One grand prize will be raffled off in grades Pre-K through 4, and one grand prize will be raffled off in grades 5-8. There will also be other prizes drawn for students who bring in food items. The homeroom with the most donated food will win a pop and popcorn party.
